$5 flat rate standard shipping (3-5 business days) on all orders less than $40.

Your secret is safe with us. All Smart & Sexy packages are shipped in a secure plain unmarked envelope or box with only an "S&S" marked return address.

How can I cancel or change an order?

Where do I send a return or exchange?
Returns & exchanges can be sent to the address below. All returns must have postage prepaid; we will not accept COD. We encourage you to use certified or insured mail, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in the mail. Shipping fees are not refundable.
