Shipping & Handling

Smart & Sexy offers $5 Flat Rate shipping and uses the United States Postal Service - standard shipping. Your order should arrive within 3-5 business days after the day it ships out.  Currently, Smart & Sexy ships to all 50 U.S. states and APO/FPO addresses, U.S. territories and possessions, including Puerto Rico, Guam, the U.S. Virgin Islands, American Samoa, Navassa Island, Baker Island, Howland Island, Jarvis Island, Midway Atoll, and the Northern Mariana Islands. We ship using United States Postal Service standard delivery, and Expedited 2-Day Guaranteed Delivery Service (see below for guidelines) within the continental United States. At this time, we do not offer delivery to Canada.

Orders will be processed and shipped pending credit card authorization. When you place an order, we will pre-authorize your credit card to ensure the funds are available. If you are using MasterCard or Visa, the pre-authorization may appear as if you have been charged. With some institutions' cards, the funds become unavailable, but the account is not debited until the order ships. If the order is canceled for any reason, the time it takes for the hold to release depends on the issuer of the card.

All deliveries are pending credit approval, merchandise availability, delivery and weather conditions.

All shipping charges include order processing, item selection, packaging and transportation of items.

Where a single order results in multiple shipments, the shipping and handling charge only applies to the first package shipped. There is no additional charge for subsequent shipments for the same order.

2-Day Expedited Shipping

Smart & Sexy offers an Expedited 2-Day Guaranteed Delivery option for $30. Expedited 2-Day Delivery orders must be placed by 11am each business day. Please see the chart below for clarity on delivery dates. Please note that delivery dates will be affected by national and bank holidays, so please plan ahead.
