We want you to love your new Smart & Sexy merchandise, but we understand sometimes things need to be returned. No problem! Most items can be returned for a refund or exchanged for store credit + $5.00.
- Exchanges for Store Credit +$5.00 are accepted within 90 days of the shipping date, returns for Refund are accepted within 30 days of the shipping date.
- Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. However, exchanges for Store Credit will include an extra $5.00 credit to cover standard shipping costs for your re-order.
- All merchandise must be returned in new condition with tags still attached and in the original packaging.
- All returns are subject to evaluation by Smart & Sexy with the right to refuse returned items with obvious signs of wear.
- We encourage you to use certified or insured mail as we cannot be responsible for items lost in the mail.
- We're sorry: used items, final sale clearance items, panties and swim bottoms cannot be returned. Any used items, panties or swim bottoms that make their way back to us will be discarded for your protection.
- Exchanges for Store Credit will include an extra $5.00 credit to cover standard shipping costs on your re-order.
- Once the returned item(s) has been received, please allow up to 5 business days for your Store Credit +$5.00 to be issued.
- Store credits Never Expire.
- You will receive an e-mail notification once your Store Credit +$5.00 has been issued and you can check your balance at any time by logging into your account.
- To use or view your store credit balance, you must have a Smart & Sexy account and be logged into it.
- Any re-order that exceeds the value of your store credit balance will require an additional method of payment for the remaining balance due.
- Store credits cannot be transferred to another person or account.
- If you make a purchase using a store credit, it can only be refunded to a store credit.
- Once the returned item(s) has been received, please allow up to 5 business days for your Refund to be processed and up to 15 days for it to post to your credit card.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Refunds can only be made to the original payment method.
- You will receive an e-mail notification once your Refund has been processed.

- Don't worry, if you don’t have your original packing slip you can include a note with your Order # or print and include your email order confirmation but please remember to indicate if you’d like a Store Credit + $5.00 or Refund.
