Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to love your new Smart & Sexy merchandise, but we understand sometimes things need to be exchanged or returned. No problem! Here’s what you need to know:
- Download and print the attached return form. Fill in all the requested information and mail both the form and the merchandise you are returning or exchanging to:

- We encourage you to use certified or insured mail as we cannot be responsible for items lost in the mail.
- Don't have a printer? That’s OK. We ask that you please include a note on why you are requesting a return or exchange so that we can make sure to get it right next time.
- Returns for a refund and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of the shipping date.
- Shipping charges are not refundable.
- All merchandise must be returned or exchanged in new condition with tags still attached and in the original packaging.
- All returns and exchanges are subject to evaluation by Smart & Sexy with the right to refuse returned items with obvious signs of wear. For your protection, all returned panty bottoms are discarded.
- Final sale clearance merchandise cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Once merchandise has been received, please allow 5-10 business days for the transaction to be processed. Refunds can only be made to the original payment method and may take up to two billing cycles to appear on your statement. You should receive your exchanged item(s) within 10 to 14 business days after process.
- You will receive an email notification once your refund/exchange has been procesed.
