How to Measure
Step 1. Underbust (ribcage)
Your first measurement is around the diaphram. Using a tape measure, take a firm measurement around the rib cage, directly underneath the breast. Make sure the tape measure doesn’t slip down your back, hold it very firm and tight. Now take a look at our size charts to find your band size.
Step 2. Cup Size
Finding your cup size is not a perfect science. To find your best cup size, use our fit tips in the video above.
Problems & Solutions
Underwire coming loose?
If your underwire starts to poke out of your bra, the size you’re wearing is probably too small. It’s important to follow the care instructions to make your bras last.
Band riding up your back?
Your bra straps might be too tight. Loosen them so that the bulk of the support is coming from the band, not the straps. If this doesn’t work, your band could be too big. The band should fit so that it lies straight across your back.
Space between your breasts and the cup?
Try a smaller cup size. There shouldn’t be any space between you and your bra.
Bra muffin top?
If your breasts are spilling over the top of the cup, you need to go up another size.
Center gore not lining up?
The center gore anchors the bra to give you optimal support. If it’s not sitting against your body, you need to go up a cup size.
Slipping straps?
If your straps are slipping off your shoulders, first try tightening them. If that doesn’t work, try a cross-back or racerback bra.
Under boob?
If your breasts are coming out of the bottom of your bra, you are suffering from under boob. First, try tightening your bottom band. If that doesn’t work, you may need a bra with more cup capacity. Try a cup size up.

Bra Styles
When it comes to bras, not one size fits all. Find your perfect shape and lift below.
By Shape
Full Coverage
A full coverage bra is designed to cover almost all of your breasts, keeping you comfortably secure. The best bra to prevent spilling out, full coverage t-shirts bras are perfect for everyday wear and lace full coverage bras are perfect for special occasions.
Demi
Cut down cups reveal the tops of your breasts, only covering about ¾ of the breast, for a round and natural shape. When wearing the right size, your silhouette will be smooth under clothing making it perfect for everyday wear. Demi bras offer less coverage than a full cup and more than a balconette.
Plunge
Plunge bras create the appearance of increased cleavage because of their deep neckline and narrow center gore. Plunge bras can come in a variety of different padding levels from unlined to push-up bras.
Balconette
Also known as a shelf bra, Balconettes are a more revealing version of a demi bra. Cups are cut into a sweetheart neckline, swooping in an arch from the wing to the gore, instead peaking to meet the straps. Wider set straps put your cleavage on full display in this classically sexy bra style.
Strapless
A strapless bra typically has balconette cups with removable or convertible straps. Perfect for complicated necklines, these bras can be worn classic, halter, crossback, one-strap, cross shoulder or strapless. Strapless bras usually to include silicone lining along the outline of the bra to prevent slippage and help provide support.

Care Guide
Always follow manufacturers care instructions to obtain optimal wear from your bras. This usually means hand washing with mild detergents and hanging up to drip dry. Periodically check to ensure the fabric and elastics are performing acceptably. When the support is not the same and the bra feels too loose, then it’s time to go shopping again.
