Why am I receiving an error when placing my order?

An AVS mismatch error indicates that the billing zip code does not match the zip code of the credit card that is being used. Please contact Customer Service for assistance at or 1(800) 985-4375. Customer Service is available Monday-Friday 8:30AM-5:30PM.

An error message that states address out of range can be overlooked. Please continue with your order.

How can I cancel or change an order?

We will make every effort to accommodate your request. However, keep in mind our system is designed to fulfill orders as quickly as possible. As a result, we cannot cancel or change an order once it has entered the shipping process. Please contact or 1(800) 985-4375 to reach customer service. Our customer service is available Monday-Friday 8:30AM-5:30PM.

What happens if forget to use the discount code on my order?

Unfortunately, once you receive an email confirmation it is too late to make any modifications.

When will my credit card be charged?

Your credit card will not be charged until your order has shipped. You will see the order amount authorized as pending then once the order ships your payment will be captured.

Why am I receiving a charge from Ariela & Associates Int’l?

You will notice that the charge on your statement will be from Ariela & Associates Int’l, this is the parent company of Smart & Sexy.

We offer FREE USPS First Class w/ Delivery Confirmation (3-5 business days) on U.S orders $40+ (after discounts) no code needed!

$5 USPS First Class w/ Delivery Confirmation (3-5 business days) on all orders less than $40. 

$30 expedited 2-day shipping via USPS Priority Mail.

Tracking numbers provided regardless of shipping method. Tracking numbers are found at the bottom right corner of your email confirmation

When will my order be shipped?

First Class orders received by noon EST will be shipped out by the next business day. Orders with expedited shipping received by noon EST will be shipped out that day. You will receive an email that indicates when your order has shipped. Business days are Monday – Friday.

Can I ship to a PO box?


Do you ship outside the United States?

At this time we do not ship outside the United States, with the exception of Puerto Rico.

My package says it was sent but I never received it.

Where do I send a return for a refund or store credit?

We’re sad our garments did not work out, but we’re here for you. Returns for a refund or store credit can be sent to the address below. All returns must have postage prepaid; we will not accept cash on delivery. We encourage you to use certified or insured mail, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in the mail. Shipping fees are not refundable.

How long will it take to process my return?

Store credit will be credited to your account 1-2 business days from when it is received. Refunds take 3-5 business days from when it arrives to our facility. Our Customer Service team will reach out if unclear so please check your emails.

Do we provide exchanges?

We offer store credit instead of exchanges. Store credit is provided with an additional $5 to cover the cost of shipping fees. You can use the store credit for any style/color/size you prefer.

What happens to my points when I make a return?

Your points get deducted from your account for items returned.

What happens when I return a purchase made with gift cards?

Your gift card will be refunded this includes orders that are used with a gift card earned from points.

What are the benefits of creating an account on Smart & Sexy?

Where do we begin?! When you sign up you are automatically a part of our SAS Club Rewards Program! This means you now have quite a lot of FUN ways to collect points that can be redeemed for rewards. Additionally, you can opt-in to receive special offers from us for being a preferred customer. You also have the option of saving your credit card, shipping, and billing information.

How do I earn points?

Just for signing up you get 250 points! For every dollar spent you earn 10 points. To see a full list of the many ways you can earn points please visit Smart&Sexy Loyalty Program

When will points from my order reflect in my account?

                  Points will reflect in your account 14 days after your order has been placed.

Why haven’t I received my birthday points?

First off… Happy Birthday! Birthdays need to be input into your account 7 days prior to your birthday. You can do this by logging into your account and clicking Your Account in the top right corner. Then click Your Rewards and Earn Points. Finally, click Birthday Bonus and enter your big day!

How do referrals work?

Your referral link can be found in Your Rewards under Earn Points. Simply post on Facebook or Twitter or send the link through email and have your friends and family click through the link to make their first purchase. Et voila! 14 days later you will see your referral points in your account.

Wow! This is fun, but how do I use my points?

We’re glad you’re having so much fun. Once you’ve accumulated at least 500 points you’re ready to redeem your first reward. Go to Your Account then click Your Rewards and go to the Rewards tab. It is there we will provide a unique code which you can input in the gift card section at checkout. You will get a gift card code to use on your order.

How do gift cards work?

When you purchase a gift card you will input the recipients email address. They will receive an email with the gift card code that can be used at checkout.
