How soon will I get my refund?

Exchange for an Instant Refund voucher to immediately order again. For refunds to your original payment method, once the returned item(s) has been received, please allow up to 5 business days for your Refund to be processed and up to 15 days for it to post to your credit card. Original shipping charges will not be refunded. Refunds can only be made to the original payment method. You will receive an e-mail notification once your Refund has been processed.

Are all items eligible for return?

No, final sale clearance items, gift cards, panties, bodysuits, one-piece swimsuits, swim bottoms and used items cannot be returned. Any used items, panties or swim bottoms that make their way back to us will be discarded for your protection. All returns are subject to evaluation by Smart & Sexy with the right to refuse returned items with obvious signs of wear. Returns & exchanges are accepted within %{return_policy_eligibility_window_days} days of the shipping date. 

Can I return something I bought with a gift card?

If you are returning merchandise that was purchased with a gift card, the return value will be added back to the balance of the gift card. Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash unless where required by law. For more information on gift cards please visit our gift cards page.
